Franken-Fruit

For a recent project we had to photograph food. I originally wanted to make old/rotten/not pretty looking fruit and veg look the best they could but that soon lead to this. I'm sure similar has been done before and probably for the same reasons. I did it as a sort of ... visual representation of what genetically modified food would look like.
We always want the best looking, freshest food and that sometimes leads to food that doesn't come naturally.
